Most of you know that Chinese Medicine in the form of acupuncture works great for “old” injuries. But Chinese Medicine also works great for injuries that just happened. It can dramatically reduce healing time for things like a pulled muscle or a sprained ankle. And it doesn’t usually involve acupuncture! Herbal pills that you take and herbal patches that you put on the site of the injury are what is best when an injury is just a few days old. These simple (and painless!) things can make a world of difference, some people say it is “like magic.” And they’re cheap too, “the works” would be under $20!
